About this deal

when he said "smart girl" it was over for me, when he said "i swear to god, elena, if i find out you've let another man touch you" i died, when he said "hit a woman in front of me and you won't be able to do it again" i was rolling over in my grave šŸ‘šŸ¼ the feminism leaving my body like šŸ« šŸ«  Nicolas Russo: Dangerous, Handsome, Intimidating, and the most feared man in Cosa Nostra! He was crazy for Elena! as can be expected i was cheeking and screaming while reading this book. i was hollering off the top of my lungs at the ink on paper. i couldnā€™t control my breathing, not just during the hot and heavy scenes, but also the funny scenes. i was making animal noises at what i was reading šŸ˜‚ A loud crash like glass shattering in pieces made me jump. I heard his disturbing laughter, and he mumbled something but I couldnā€™t make out any words from his stumbling slur. This review might contain slight spoilers (but don't you worry, this book doesn't really have a plot so you'll not be spoiled much ;))

When something was overhyped, it was always a letdown. I guessed the joke was on me because this was not one of those times. After reading the first book, I was afraid I wouldnā€™t like Gianna. HA! Jokeā€™s on me because sheā€™s now one of my absolute favorite heroines ever. This beautiful, strong, sassy girl stole my heart from the very first chapter. All rights reserved. No part of this book may be reproduced or transmitted in any form without written consent of the author, except by a reviewer who may quote brief passages for review purposes only. My rant is over. It seems like I didn't like the book the way how this review is going so far, but there were two things that made this book worth reading: Nicolas "Ace" Russo and the sexual tension. The gardener did . . . but I wasnā€™t going to share that with Mamma, or by the end of the day heā€™d be at the bottom of the Hudson.

The Sweetest Oblivion Book PDF Summary

ugh, this book ruins me every time I read it. I read my favourite chapters more than three times in this reread alone šŸ˜ NicoElena has become more than an obsession atp šŸ™ My voice was a whisper. "I'll make him love me, you'll see." A thumb skimmed across my cheek. "If anyone can do it, it would be youā€¦" His voice was soft and rough. "Moya zvezdochka." AHAHAHA. I can't. I really can't with this girl. Christian is acting like he's so done with Gianna, but his heart secretly SOARS every time she opens her mouth. In annoyance at the entire situation, my eyes had narrowed slightly before glancing at my future brother-in-law, only to find he was already looking at me. That was how the glaring occurredā€”an accident, you see. But I could hardly convey that to the man, and if I had smiled it wouldā€™ve come off condescending, so I just . . . went with the glare and hoped it wouldnā€™t get me killed.

Can I say that I adore Nonna? She's the best. I could read about her and Mama Abelli fighting all day and never get bored. Never was a mother dissing her daughter as much fun. Nonna can insult me any day and I'd say thank you. I enjoyed that we got to see both POV's because it was essential to know that it wasn't just one sided. There was a distinct voice of character that each had. Overall, it was a really good read and I enjoyed myself! I still donā€™t have the proper words to explain why I love NicoElena sm but maybe on my third reread youā€™ll get a proper review??Isnā€™t this exactly how you expect a mafia lunch to go? XD I swear when it comes to those typical mafia stereotypes this book had it all! And tell you what? I loved it! *lol* Which is kind of interesting because Iā€™m usually one of those people that donā€™t like any stereotypes and always tries to avoid them as good as possible.

Expectation's a BITCH. After all the praises I've seen about this book, my expectations were ginormous and that's never a good thing. I enjoyed the book, but I didn't love it. Voices from the foyer drifted to my ears every time the swinging door opened as our servants came in and out, preparing for lunch. I love the fact that there was no ā€˜body betraying meā€™ bs. I love that she owns up to whatever she feels for him even if it is to herself. Her inner monologue didnā€™t annoy me once. Which I can admit is surprising bc of all the resistance she puts up but idc I love her for it.Also known as steering completely clear of all friend reads and burying my head in the proverbial Sands of Shame like prepubescent ostrich. Burn that shirt.ā€ He then left without another word. I glanced down at my pink Yankees t-shirt. I guessed Nico was a Red Sox fan. We really wouldnā€™t work out now." Also, of course, there is killing, beating and other illegal activities; so it is not safe for readers who avoid this kind of things.

I only spoke Italian when I wanted to curse. I hardly ever swore, except for damn, hell, and maybe ass with a hole on the end now that Iā€™d met Nicolas." Almost home free with one hand on the banister, my fatherā€™s voice sounded behind me. ā€œElena, come here.ā€ The Sweetest Oblivion is popular PDF and ePub book, written by Danielle Lori in 2018-06-20, it is a fantastic choice for those who relish reading online the Uncategoriezed genre. The Sweetest Oblivion Book PDF Summary Christian and Gianna are hands down one of NA most entertaining couple and it's all because of their BANTER. There is nothing that brings me more joy than seeing Gianna's witty answers and Christian's dry responses to everything she says.THAT'S HOW YOU START A WAR! If your significant other pisses you off, you rearrange his toothbrush so his OCD ass is getting triggered. That's how it's done, Gianna baby show them! She's my spirit animal. One day when I grow up, I aspire to be this passive-aggressive and petty. There is still so much for me to learn from Queen Gi. Don't you love when you dive into a new author's work and fall in love with their writing immediately? When you know that you're going to love the story from the beginning? That's what happened to me when I read The Sweetest Oblivion by Danielle Lori. I'd been searching for a good mafia romance with a crazy family involved, and within the first couple of chapters, I knew I found exactly what I was looking for! I blinked through my apprehension. This was due to a really short, not even that hostile glare? This man had found out my weakness and was now playing with me. She pursed her lips and pulled her hand away to continue. ā€œMr. Rabbit,ā€ she corrected in a tone that would have normally pissed me off. But I was already at my limit, so I shrugged it off and planned exactly what I was going to do to her brother.
